Print Shipping Policy and Details
Printing and Shipping information:
All Brinkley Davies prints are printed locally, in Perth, Western Australia. All prints are custom, made to order at WhiteFrame, Perth.
Currently we are offering Rolled Prints only, we will be offering framing soon.
Processing times :
We endeavour to get your orders out as fast as we can, but in busy times, such as Xmas and with COVID delays, it may take the full length of time to fulfill orders. We thank you for your patience.
AUSTRALIA -
We offer free shipping on all rolled artworks within Australia.
Signature is required on delivery. It is important that your shipping address is your day time address.
Approximate time to dispatch and ship - 1-3 weeks ready for dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL -
International shipping will incur a shipping fee (for rolled prints ) estimated at checkout.
All other international deliveries require further shipping costs.
Rolled prints are ready for international dispatch within 1-3 weeks.

NZ 3-15 business days.
UK 6-15 business days.
Europe 7-25 business days.

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are generally unable to ship to the following countries/regions:
Algeria, Cuba, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of North Korea, Kuwait, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria
Pick-up In Store
Rolled prints ready for collection within 1-3 weeks.
All pick up orders can be collected from WhiteFrame, 128 Canning Highway, South Perth, Western Australia, 6151.
Please have your order confirmation email or ID ready to present to the staff upon arrival.
Customs/Import Duties & Taxes
All products sent overseas may incur duties, taxes, and other charges to be paid by the customer upon their order arriving into the destination country.
These charges vary depending on the shipping destination. Please make sure you check with the relevant customs so you are aware of any charges that may be added to your order. Brinkley Davies does not add these charges to your order and is not liable to pay them. They are applied by the government of the country you are importing the product into.
